Yaseen Nursary

Pakistan's Most Trusted Source for Orange Plants and Citrus Trees

At Yaseen Nursery, we have spent years growing and supplying healthy, disease-free orange plants to home gardeners, farmers, and orchard owners across Pakistan. Whether you are planting your first citrus tree or expanding a commercial orchard, our nursery offers grafted orange varieties that are proven to thrive in Pakistan’s soil and climate.

We know that buying a fruit plant is a long-term investment — one that should reward you with fresh oranges for decades. That is why every tree we sell is raised with care, inspected before it leaves our nursery, and backed by honest growing advice you can actually use. No middlemen. No guesswork. Just healthy plants and straight talk from people who grow them.

Why Thousands of Gardeners and Farmers Choose Yaseen Nursery

Buying an orange plant is not like buying groceries. The tree you choose today will still be in your garden or orchard five, ten, twenty years from now. Get it right, and you will enjoy abundant harvests every season. Get it wrong — buying a weak seedling, an unnamed variety, or a poorly grafted tree — and you may wait years for fruit that never arrives.

At Yaseen Nursery, we have built our reputation on one simple promise: we only sell plants we would grow ourselves. Our orange plants are grafted from high-yielding, disease-tested parent trees. They are raised in our own nursery beds in Faisalabad, not sourced from unknown wholesale suppliers. When you buy from us, you know exactly what you are getting.

What Makes Our Orange Plants Different

  • Every plant we supply is carefully selected and grown under strict nursery standards to ensure long-term performance and healthy production.

All our orange plants are grafted, which means faster fruiting, stronger root systems, and more uniform fruit quality compared to seed-grown trees. This gives growers a reliable start and better commercial yield in less time.

Our plants are raised in Faisalabad’s local climate from day one, so they are naturally adapted to heat, soil conditions, and seasonal changes. This reduces transplant shock and improves survival rates after planting in your garden or orchard.

Before packaging, each plant goes through a strict quality inspection process. We check root strength, graft union stability, leaf health, and overall plant vigor to ensure you receive only healthy, ready-to-grow saplings.

We also provide free after-care guidance, including watering schedules, fertilizer timing, soil improvement tips, and pruning instructions. This support helps you establish strong, productive citrus trees whether you are growing in pots or open fields.

Finally, we maintain honest variety labeling, so you always know exactly which cultivar you are purchasing—whether it is Kinnow, Navel, Blood Orange, or another citrus variety. This transparency ensures you can plan your orchard or home garden with confidence and clarity.

Orange Plant Varieties Available at Yaseen Nursery

We stock a rotating selection of citrus varieties suited to Pakistan’s hot summers, mild winters, and the varied soil types found across Punjab and other Provinces. Below are our most requested varieties:

Washington Navel Orange

One of the world’s most popular seedless orange varieties — and for good reason. The Washington Navel produces large, sweet, easy-to-peel fruit with a characteristic navel formation at the base. Our grafted saplings begin flowering in their second or third year, with first meaningful harvests typically arriving in year three or four. Ideal for home gardens and medium-sized orchards.

Blood Orange

A premium citrus variety that is attracting serious interest from health-conscious consumers and restaurant buyers across Punjab. Blood Orange plants produce deep red-fleshed fruit with a rich, berry-like flavour and exceptionally high anthocyanin content. They thrive in Faisalabad’s climate and represent a high-value opportunity for forward-thinking orchard farmers.

Kinnow Mandarin

Pakistan’s most commercially important citrus crop. Kinnow accounts for the majority of Pakistan’s citrus exports and is the backbone of Punjab’s fruit economy. Our grafted Kinnow plants are sourced from certified high-yield parent stock and are ideal for both small farms and large commercial orchards. Fruiting begins in year two from a grafted sapling; mature trees can yield 80 to 120 kg per season.

Mosambi — Sweet Lime

A household favourite across Pakistan and one of the most consumed juicing fruits in the country. Mosambi has low acidity, a clean sweet flavour, and excellent adaptability to central Punjab’s climate. Our grafted Mosambi plants are compact enough for rooftop and container growing, yet productive enough for small commercial plots.

Seasonal and Specialty Varieties

We occasionally stock Cara Navel, Tangelo, Clementine, and imported specialty citrus. Availability varies by season. Contact us or visit the nursery directly to check current stock.

Orange Plants for Every Setting

Many people believe they need a large farm or orchard to grow oranges, but that is not true. If you have limited space, you can still enjoy fresh, home-grown citrus fruits. Dwarf and semi-dwarf grafted orange plants are ideal for container gardening and can thrive in large pots with proper care. These compact fruit plants are perfect for rooftop gardens, balconies, patios, and small home gardens in Faisalabad and other cities across Pakistan. With regular watering, sunlight, and balanced fertilizer, potted orange trees can produce healthy and delicious fruit for many years.

For landowners and commercial growers, our premium grafted orange saplings are an excellent choice for establishing a productive citrus orchard. We supply healthy, disease-resistant plants of popular varieties including Kinnow Orange, Navel Orange, Blood Orange, and other citrus plants. Proper plantation planning is essential for strong growth and maximum fruit production. Generally, Kinnow trees require a spacing of 5 to 6 metres, while Navel and Blood Orange varieties perform best at 4 to 5 metres apart. Before planting, the soil should be prepared with compost, organic matter, and a well-dug planting pit to support healthy root development.

Our experienced nursery team provides complete guidance on orange tree plantation, plant selection, orchard layout, and spacing requirements. Whether you need a single orange plant for your balcony or hundreds of grafted citrus saplings for a commercial farm, we can help you choose the right plants for long-term success and higher fruit yields.

❓ Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

For home gardens, Washington Navel and Mosambi are the most beginner-friendly — both tolerate Faisalabad’s summer heat well and produce consistently. For commercial planting, Kinnow Mandarin is Pakistan’s most proven and profitable citrus crop. Blood Orange is an excellent premium option if you are targeting urban consumers or restaurant buyers.

A grafted orange plant from Yaseen Nursery typically begins flowering in its second year and produces a meaningful first harvest in year three or four. Seed-grown trees, by contrast, can take five to eight years to fruit and rarely match the quality or yield of grafted varieties. This is why we exclusively sell grafted plants.

Yes. Dwarf and semi-dwarf grafted orange varieties grow very well in large containers (minimum 18 to 24 inches in diameter and depth). They are a popular choice for rooftop gardens across Faisalabad, Lahore, and other Punjab cities. We recommend our Mosambi or dwarf Navel varieties for container growing.

Yes. We deliver to Karachi, Hader Abad, Pishwar, Lahore, Multan, Gujranwala, Sargodha, Sahiwal, Chiniot, Jhang, Toba Tek Singh, and other cities across Punjab, Sindh, KPK, and Balochistan. Delivery charges vary by location and order size. Contact us to confirm availability and arrange delivery timing.

Not all orange plants are priced equally — and when you understand why, you will make a far better purchasing decision. These are the four main factors that determine the price of an orange plant in Pakistan:

1. Grafted vs. Seedling

A grafted orange plant is propagated from a mature, high-yielding parent tree. The result is a plant that fruits 2 to 3 years earlier, produces consistent fruit quality season after season, and is significantly more resistant to soil-borne diseases. A seedling is grown from seed — far cheaper upfront, but it takes 5 to 8 years to fruit, the results are unpredictable, and yield quality is highly variable. At Yaseen Nursery, we only sell grafted plants. We do not stock seedlings, because we do not consider them a sound investment for our customers.

2. Plant Age and Size

A one-year-old grafted sapling is more affordable but will take an additional 2 to 3 growing seasons to reach productive fruiting. A two- to three-year-old plant has more root development, a stronger structure, and will fruit significantly sooner. Larger plants cost more — but for impatient growers or commercial orchard projects with time-sensitive ROI, older plants are often the smarter buy.

3. Variety

Common commercial varieties like Kinnow and Mosambi are widely produced and priced accordingly. Premium or less-common varieties — Blood Orange, Cara Navel, Clementine — carry a higher price due to limited nursery supply in Pakistan. We stock both standard and specialty varieties; call us to confirm current availability.

4. Nursery Source and Quality

Plants from reputable, established nurseries cost more than plants sourced from informal roadside sellers or wholesale markets. The price premium reflects plant health history, correct labelling, disease-free growing conditions, and post-sale support. Buying a cheap, unlabelled plant from an unknown source is a false economy — you may wait three years to discover it is the wrong variety, has root disease, or simply produces poor fruit.
